    • Do I get enough sleep – both in quantity and quality?
    • Am I adjusting my level of activity to my condition?
    • Does the daily routine give balance between recovery and activity? Are new routines needed?
    • Western medicine; when do I need to go to the doctor for a thorough check up?
    • Acupuncture; do I need help/treatment to recover the energy?
    • Physiotherapy and massage; do I have tense muscles or injuries that need treatment?
    • Nutrition; do I know how to eat healthily so I can give my body optimal conditions to recover under?
    • Psychotherapy; do I need help to find balance in life? And to use less energy?
