During burn-out many may get tense muscles – especially in shoulders and neck. Massage will help loosen them, and this will lead to:
  • better circulation of the blood
  • you use less energy
  • you get more relaxed. This again leads to better sleep

Acupuncture

Chinese medicine can help. Acupuncture is especially effective for recovering your energy.

Some people burn-out because they don’t realize that the human body has limits. With burn out, they really learn this the hard way. At other times the cause for burn-out is more hidden and help by a psychologist is needed.

The prolonged wear and tear on your body can result in different sufferings and diseases that need medical attention, for instance diabetes. Therefore, always go to the doctor for a thorough check up.
