Are you tired and worn-down?
Be careful, you may be on the road to burn-out. It is so much easier to prevent burn-out in its earlier stages, then to treat it when it has run its ful course. The sooner you start preventing it, the better:
Does it feel like you have no energy left?
Is everything a strain? Things that were once fun, hold no joy anymore? You can’t perform like you used to? Are you constantly tense? If you answer yes on most of these questions, you are probably suffering from burn-out. Do the following:
If you are burned out, do one thing at a time:focus first on how to stop wearing yourself out by the over-consumption of energy. Make the changes that are absolutely necessary first; for example take sick leave when you feel you are becoming burned out after you have given yourself some time, consider other adjustments, changes and actions that should occur when you are better and have more energy, you can gradually become more active again when you can participate normally on social and other activities, you can start working again After burn-outIf you have suffered from burn-out, this shows that you have lived your life completely unbalanced. You have lots to learn to avoid burn-out again.
