When I, Linn Anette Solberg, was dealing with burnout, I experienced huge lack of knowledge at doctors/hospitals/national health service and my employer on how to cope with and treat my burnout. No one could give me any advice or guidance on how to get well – I had to figure everything out on my own. As a result, it took me much more time to recover than necessary. To help others, I’m constructing this webpage to share the understanding and knowledge gained from both the burnout experience and my work as a research scientist. Research projects will be initiated to get more knowledge and understanding of burnout and related subjects.
